Connection, Authenticity and Growth are my top values. I've been in the counseling world for over a decade after spending almost ten years prior in sales and marketing.

The process of diving deep, taking every assessment and learning even more about myself motivated me to want to join and assist others on their own paths. Self discovery and overall increased self awareness is what I strive for, for myself and for my clients.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania doing telehealth therapy, coaching, facilitating groups, workshops and retreats.
